Classes dropped before the first day of the semester receive a full refund of tuition and fees. Classes dropped once the semester begins are subject to the 'Tuition Only' refund schedules below. Refund period may vary based on length of Term.

Refunds are for tuition only
After regular registration when dropping or adding classes the following steps must be followed to complete the process:
- Take new schedule to Bursar's Office so approriate adjustment may be made to your student account if necessary.
- Go to Financial Aid Office to confirm financial aid.
It is extremely important that these steps are completed when making a change to your schedule. Contact the Registrar in person/email if your account is on hold. If you are unable to drop in person, please email the Registrar's office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a student is enrolled in the payment plan, please contact Tuition Management Systems to have your payments adjusted when dropping or adding hours. You may call Tuition Management Systems at 1-888-463-6994, or contact the Bursar's Office if you have questions.
